This alert is generated to warn the user that a required eligibility review has not been initiated. This alert appears one day prior to when a ten-day notice is generated advising the user that the system has mailed the client a termination letter for failure to redetermine eligibility.

This is a review and redetermination alert.

PROCEDURE

1. Check to see if the review was received.

2. Enter Option N - Initiate Review and press <F15>.

3. Enter a [Y] in the Sel field for each AU being updated.

4. <TRANSMIT> to return to the alerts screen.

5. Process eligibility review via Option R - Interim / Hist Change.

6. If the review has not been received and the termination letter has been sent, disposition the alert.
