This informational alert is generated to advise the user that the eligibility review / recertification appointment letters have been sent to clients requiring a face-to-face eligibility review / recertification.

An Application for Benefits (AFB) form will be enclosed for any AU for which the user indicated on the MISC that one should be sent with the appointment letter.

This is a review and redetermination alert.
