This alert is generated in the month that a client turns seventeen (17) years and eleven (11) months.

The user must review the child's date of graduation, teen parent status, and deemed / allocated income, take appropriate action and disposition the alert.

When this alert is generated for a Basic Food client who is a student with earned income, the user should review whether or not the client's earnings are countable, and take appropriate action.

This alert is only generated once per head of household, not once per AU.
