This alert is generated in the month of the client's estimated pregnancy due date. The user should contact the client to remind the client to report when the baby is due.

PROCEDURE

1.      Enter Option [B] - AU / Client Inquiry - in the Selection field and press <F15>.

Determine if the birth has occurred.

2.      If the birth has occurred, and the newborn was added to assistance appropriately, <TRANSMIT> to return to the alerts screen and disposition the alert.

3.      If there is no information about the birth, call (MISC).

4.      Write down the AUID and press <F15> to send Letter 0023-02, Request for Information, to remind the client to report when the child is born.

The user may also inform the client about the program - specific verification that must be provided from <F14> or <F22>.

5.      Press <F3> to return to the alerts screen.
