This alert generates when AUTO opens S01 (SSI Categorically needy) in the middle of an existing spenddown period.

PROCEDURE

1.    Review the existing spenddown AU and shorten the base period appropriately. See Spenddown – How do I set up a spenddown AU base period?

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
