DESCRIPTION

This alert generates when the following Eligibility Review appointment letters were not sent:

o    LTR 013-01 (Office Appointment for ER)

o    LTR 013-02 (Phone Appointment for ER)

o    LTR 013-03 (Weekly Appointment for Eligibility Review)

PROCEDURE

1.    Determine the type of appointment that is needed and schedule the appointment manually by following the steps in the Scheduling – How do I schedule or reschedule a date and time specific intake appointment in mainframe?

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
