  1. Enter Option [R] - AU / Client Inquiry - and press <F15>.

  2. Call(MISC) and write down the AUID.

  3. Press <F15> to access the (DMEN).

  4. Generate Letter 0023-01 - Information Request - regarding the birth of the child.

  5. Press <F3> to return to the (MISC).

  6. Call (DONE).

  7. Press <F14> and create a user-generated alert as a tickler.

  8. <TRANSMIT> to return to the (DONE)  and press <F22> to update the narrative.

  9. <TRANSMIT> twice to return to the alerts screen.
