DESCRIPTION

This alert generates, as a reminder to review the IV-D Good Cause claim, when eligibility review letters are sent to clients.

PROCEDURE

1.    Follow local office procedure in referring the IV-D Good Cause claim to a Workfirst Social Worker to have good cause re-evaluated.

2.    Update the NCPS screen good cause information if necessary.
