317: SIXTY DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE SSN APPLICATION DATE

This alert is generated 60 days after the SSN application date on the (DEM1) when no SSN is recorded for the client. The alert prompts the user to send a follow up letter to the client to report the SSN. When the client reports the SSN, the user enters it on the (DEM1) and processes the name clearance.
