321: REINSTATEMENT NOT COMPLETED - AU / CL IS NOT ACTIVE
This alert is generated the day after an AU or client was reinstated and not all required actions were completed. The AU or client remains closed.
The user must process an Interim / Hist Change to restore the AU or client to active status. The user reinstates the AU or client, completes the process thru Option [R] - Interim / Hist Change.

From the alerts screen, press <F3> twice to return to the AMEN.
Enter the [benefit month] in the Benefit Month (MMYY) field and the [AUID] in the AU ID field.
Enter Option [M] – Reinstate in the Selection field and press <TRANSMIT>.
When reinstatement has been completed, press <TRANSMIT> to return to the AMEN.
Enter Option [R] - Interim / Hist Change in the Selection field.
Press <TRANSMIT> and make the changes necessary to make the case active, such as removing the closing codes from the STAT.
Once the changes are completed, confirm eligibility and update the narrative.
Press <TRANSMIT> to return to the alerts menu.
Call BMEN and return to the alerts screen.
