DESCRIPTION

This alert generates when an Eligibility Review appointment could not be auto scheduled because another appointment already exists.

PROCEDURE

1.    If necessary, schedule a new appointment and send the appropriate letter.

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
