DESCRIPTION

This alert generates when a Mid-Certification Review has not been received and an F01-TANF Categorically Needy Medical sprouts to F06-Categorically Needy Children's Medical or F04-Categorically Needy Family Medical trickles to F06.

PROCEDURE

1.    Review to see if a Mid-Certification Review (MCR) has been received. 

2.    Re-determine medical eligibility for the adults.  See Eligibility Review / Recertification – What happens at monthly issuance if the mid-certification review has not been received?

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
