363: WASHCAP CLIENT SHOWS ADATSA CODING

DESCRIPTION

This alert generates when WASHCAP opens and there is:

o    ADATSA coding on the INSTscreen or

o    The AU has AREP type AA – Representative for Client in Drug/Alcohol Facility -- Receives Letters, EBT Funds                                            

This alert generates daily and displays a due day 14 days out.

PROCEDURE

1.     Review the client’s ADATSA eligibility on the case. 

o    If the client is in ADATSA treatment, set a user generated alert to open WASHCAP when the ADATSA treatment ends. 

o    If the client is not in ADATSA treatment, delete the ADATSA coding to allow WASHCAP to open.

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
