376: AU TERM / CLOSED - ER / RECERT INITIATED BUT NOT COMPLTD

DESCRIPTION

This alert generates when ACES closes a Basic Food AU with Reason Code 235 – Review Not Complete in the overnight batch process.  This includes AUs that were reinstated through Option M – Reinstatement, but not brought to active status.

PROCEDURE

1.     Review the case to determine if the client has submitted an eligibility review. 

o    If a review has been received, follow the steps in Eligibility Review/Recertification - How do I complete an eligibility review after deadline but before the first of the following month? 

o    If a review hasn’t been received, disposition the alert.

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
