399: NO EBT DEBIT WITHIN LAST 60 DAYS


DESCRIPTION

 

This two-tier alert generates when a client is active on any AU and the client hasn’t accessed their EBT account for 60 days. 

 

This alert generates only once when:

 

o    There has been 60 days of non-use in the client's EBT account and the balance is at least $20.00 or

 

o    There has been 60 days of non-use, the balance is at least $10.00 and the client has never made a debit transaction on the account.

 

The second line of the alert displays one of the following messages:

 

o    ACCOUNT NEVER USED

 

o    EA – CLIENT / ACCT NEVER USED

 

o    EA – EQUAL ACCESS EXTRA HELP CLIENT

 

PROCEDURE

 

1.    Enter [Y] in the S field and press <F13> to view the second tier.

 

o    The AGEE screen displays with the client’s aging and expunged account information.

 

2.    Review the case to determine if an active AU should be closed because the client’s EBT account has not been accessed for 60 days:

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
