403: ENUMERATION DISCREPANCY FOUND - SSN INVALID OR MISSING

This alert is generated when the SSN for the client is either invalid or missing. The user should check the DEM1 to see what is on ACES and, if it is not a valid SSN, contact the client to verify the SSN and make corrections to the DEM1  if needed. Original SSN is carried to SSNA  here and would need to update as ER or AL as appropriate.

If the SSN on ACES is valid, the user must advise the client to report to the SSA office to verify his/her SSN on the SSA file so that the next match run will not result in another discrepancy.
