This alert generates when a shared case is updated, unless the worker taking the action is a Customer Service Center (CSC) worker.  For more information about shared cases, see Shared Cases. 

 

PROCEDURE

 

1.     Review the case and determine if additional case actions are required.

 

DISPOSITION 

 

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
