405: CSO USER UPDATED BHP PLUS AU

DESCRIPTION

This alert generates to the MEDS user of record when a BH Plus AU is updated by a worker, unless the worker taking the action is a Customer Service Center (CSC) worker.  For more information about shared cases, see Shared Cases. 

PROCEDURE

1.     Review the case and if needed, take appropriate actions.

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
