409: EVALUATE WF SANCTION FOR CHILD SAFETYNET

This alert is generated when a client's current counter on the (TICS) reaches month 59 and there is a client in WorkFirst sanction status.

This alert is generated at month begin of the 60th month.

PROCEDURE

1.      On the (AMEN) enter option [R], Interim/Hist Change in the SELECTION  field.

2.      Enter [the AU ID] in the AU ID field.

3.      On the (WORK) in the appropriate month, enter Valid Value [SN] Child SafetyNet in the Partic Stat field.

4.      Enter the [appropriate number of offenses (1,2, or 3] in the Number Offenses field on the (WORK).

5.      The Date field defaults to the first day of the month that the sanction will take effect, allowing for 10 days advance notice.

6.      When the status code is changed to SN the user will see Edit Message 1403 – "RE" Partic Date Has Been Defaulted - Confirm Date With <ENTER> or <F4> to continue. 

7.      Either confirm the date or change it.
