DESCRIPTION

This alert generates when an application for cash assistance is denied and a pending medical AU sprouts. This is to remind the user of the pending AU and to determine medical eligibility.

PROCEDURE

1.    Review the case and determine medical eligibility.

2.    Process the pending AU by following the steps in Process Application Month and Finalize Application.

DISPOSITION

The system AUTO dispositions the alert in overnight batch when the pending medical AU is finalized.
