DESCRIPTION

This alert generates for foster care workers when a Foster Care (FC), Adoption Support (AS), or Juvenile Rehabilitation (JRA) client turns 18, 19, or 20 years old.

PROCEDURE

1.    Review the case to determine if the client is eligible for continued D02 (FC/AS/JR Medical) or other medical assistance.

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
