424: 5 YR BAN MET - OPEN MEDICAID

DESCRIPTION

This alert generates when the system cannot open a new medical AU for a Non-Federally Qualified (NQ) alien who now meets the Federally Qualified (FQ) alien criteria.

This happens when the current AU contains other NQ aliens who do not meet the FQ alien criteria.

PROCEDURE

1.    Re-determine medical eligibility for the person who has met the 5 year ban to be Federally Qualified.

DISPOSITION

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
