Verify AREP Matches

The Verify AREP Match -  page is used to confirm that you have selected the correct Group Home/Facility or Take Charge Clinic that you wish to assign as an AREP/Payee to your case. The page displays the AREP/Payee type, facility name, Tax ID#, address and phone number. To confirm the Group Home selection, click the Next button.
