Where do I view SDX information?
· The SDX interface provides information to ACES from Social Security Administration (SSA) on Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients living in Washington State. The information is provided on a daily basis.
| ||
|
How does ACES match client information to the SDX data?
· To be considered a match between an ACES client and a person listed on the SDX files, the following apply:
o An identical Social Security Number match
o If the date of birth is within 3 months plus or minus (+/-)
o The same first four letters of the first name matches
o The same first six letters of the last name, however, the system will process names differently if there is not an exact match of the first six letters in the following situations:
¨ Any non-alphabetic characters (such as spaces, hyphens, or apostrophes) will be disregarded.
| ||
|
¨ Any suffix will be considered part of the last name, if the last name has less than six alphabetical characters and a suffix.
| ||
|
¨ The order of the names will be changed and again attempt to match on the first 4 letters of the first name and the first 6 letters of the last name.
| ||
|
What system updates occur as a result of the SDX interface?
· For each match, ACES compares the SSI information to client information and: o Updates the UNER screen for SSI income changes.
¨ See examples for benefit recalculation information after ACES has matched a client and updated the UNER screen;
| ||
|
o Opens S01. See How is S01 opened?
¨ If AUTO is unable to open S01, see What happens when ACES does not AUTO-open S01?
o Opens WASHCAP. See When is a WASHCAP case opened?
¨ If AUTO is unable to open WASHCAP, see When is AUTO-open not possible?
