What alerts generate as a result of NOC updates?
· A Notice of Change (NOC) is a file sent by the financial institution to the State notifying the state of an error condition that should be corrected prior to the EFT benefit issuance.
· The most common reason for a NOC is a bank merger that causes an account or routing number change.
· NOCs are automatically updated on the EFTR screen in ACES.
What alerts generate as a result of a NOC update?
· Alert 076 - HOH / AREP NAME MISMATCH - COMPARE EFTR/DEM1
