The correct grant amount for the FA computation is not being used when the grant maximum is met and there is a sanctioned individual in the AF household. To process the case: 1. The amount of the PA grant used for the FA computation in these situations should not exceed the payment maximum.
2. Until this is fixed, users must enter income deductions to ensure the correct amount is used in the FA computation each month. | |
