Incapacity - Case Management

Purpose:

WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES
GAU Sanctions
Terminate assistance when the financial services specialist receives the DSHS 14-118 Incapacity decision stating the person failed to satisfactorily participate in treatment or agency referrals. If the person reapplies prior to termination, refer the client to the ISW. If the person reapplies after the date of termination, the period of ineligibility begins the date of re-application.
