WAC 182-508-0310 ADATSA--Purpose.

  1. The Alcohol and Drug Addiction Treatment and Support Act (ADATSA) is a legislative enactment providing state-funded treatment and support to chemically dependent indigent individuals.

  2. ADATSA provides eligible individuals with treatment if they are chemically dependent and would benefit from it.
