WAC 182-509-0175 MCS--Earned income work incentive deduction. This section applies to medical care services (MCS). 1. When determining eligibility for MCS, the agency or the agency's designee allows an earned income work incentive deduction of fifty percent of an individual's gross earned income. 2. This deduction is used to reduce countable income before comparing the income to the eligibility standard for the program. |
