Effective October 27, 2011

WAC 388-526-0080 What are your options for resolving a dispute with the health care authority? (Emergency rule effective 6/10/12.)

1.  If you disagree with a decision or action of the health care authority, or one of its authorized agents, you have several options for resolving your dispute, which may include the following:

a.  Any special prehearing alternative or administrative process offered by the program;

b.  Prehearing meeting;

c.  Prehearing conference; and

d.  Hearing.

2.  Because you have a limited time to request a hearing, you must request a hearing within the deadline on the notice of the agency action to preserve your hearing right.
