WAC 388-526-0120 Do you have the right to an interpreter in the hearing process? (Emergency rule effective 6/10/12.)

If you need an interpreter because you or any of your witnesses are a person with limited English proficiency, the office of administrative hearings will provide an interpreter at no cost to you.
