WAC 388-526-0290 If your hearing is dismissed, may you request another hearing? (Emergency rule effective 6/10/12.) 1. If the administrative law judge (ALJ) sends an order dismissing your hearing, you may ask that the ALJ vacate (set aside) the order of dismissal.
2. If the order of dismissal is vacated, your hearing is reinstated, which means you get another opportunity to have a hearing on your initial request for hearing.
