WAC 388-526-0315 May a party require witnesses to testify or provide documents? (Emergency rule effective 6/10/12.) A party may require witnesses to testify or provide documents by issuing a subpoena. A subpoena is an order to appear at a certain time and place to give testimony, or to provide books, documents, or other items. |
