WAC 388-526-0565 What evidence does the review judge consider in reviewing an initial order? (Emergency rule effective 6/10/12.) 1. The review judge, in most cases, only considers evidence given at the original hearing before the administrative law judge.
2. The review judge may allow the parties to make oral argument when reviewing initial orders.
