WAC 388-526-0645 When must you ask for judicial review? (Emergency rule effective 6/10/12.)

1.  You must file your petition for judicial review with the superior court within thirty calendar days after the office of administrative hearings or the board of appeals mails its final order.

 

2.  Generally, you may file a petition for judicial review only after you have completed the administrative hearing process. However, you do not need to file a request for reconsideration of a final order before requesting judicial review.
