OLYMPIA -- The state Department of Social and Health Services has stopped admissions and revoked and summarily suspended licenses at three privately operated adult family homes in Everett.

The adult family homes are licensed to Maroja Nasution and Tommy Nasution.

The homes, two operated under Kristina Sweet Home Care Inc. and one under Kristina's Sweet Home Care, were located at 8803 5th Avenue West, 9215 10th Avenue SE, and 719 Pecks Drive, all in Everett.

The state took the action after finding:

• The provider misappropriated money from the bank account of a former resident.

The providers have the right to contest the summary suspension and revocation by requesting an administrative hearing within 28 days of state notification. The home is also prohibited from admitting any new residents pending any appeal. Residents have been moved to other settings.
