The community meetings will provide information and gather input on the integration of behavioral health and primary care in Washington state. The sessions begin at 9 a.m. and are expected to end at 4:30 p.m.

Registration is free but required, and lunch is provided. Attendance will be imited to 200 people per meeting.

Interested participants should fill out a registration form available on the HRSA Web page (http://hrsa.dshs.wa.gov) and e-mail it to DSHS at RSVP@dshs.wa.gov. Questions may be e-mailed to the same address.
