Mobile CSO to visit Othello
OLYMPIA – The Department of Social and Health Services Mobile Community Services Office will be open Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012 at the Bethel Assembly of God Church, 915 South First Avenue, in Othello. The Othello CSO closed Jan. 27 part of an agency consolidation.
Services will be provided from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Mobile CSO will make monthly visits to Othello and Mattawa. The public can view the current month's schedule and the next two months' schedules on our external website at www.dshs.wa.gov/MobileOffice.
People can visit the mobile office to get assistance with Basic Food, cash and medical applications, eligibility reviews and mid-certification reviews, report changes in their household or to obtain an EBT replacement card.
Services also are offered at the Moses Lake CSO, 1620 S. Pioneer Way, Moses Lake. Customers requesting assistance, maintaining ongoing assistance, or reporting changes in eligibility can continue to do so online www.washingtonconnection.org or by calling the Customer Service Center (1-877-501-2233). Customers also can apply for financial, food, medical assistance and child care online or request a paper application by phone.
