If you are a current DSHS customer, you can all the Customer Center when you need help with your case. You can use the Customer Service Center to:

  • Report changes
  • Get information about your case
  • Obtain referrals to local resources

The Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday. The service provided by the Customer Service center is quick and efficient. Some of the changes you can report to the Customer Service Center include:

  • Job start or stop
  • Changes in income
  • Moves to a new home or address
  • Rent or utility changes
  • Purchase or sale of vehicle

When you call The Customer Service Center you will be speaking with a trained Call Manager who can help you with your case. In most cases, you will be able to get what you need with a single phone call. Call Managers try to verify information by phone. If all needed information is provided, the Call Manager should be able to tell your right away if there is a change in your benefits.
