RCW 74.39A.530 established the Consumer Directed Employer rate setting process with the purpose of proposing the CDE vendor rate which consist of an administrative and IP labor components. The legislation established a 14-person board to evaluate and propose the rate to be paid to the CDE. The rate setting board meets every even-numbered year.
