In an effort to provide a quality training experience for all oncoming care coordinators and affiliated staff, the following will be adhered to with no exceptions.:

  • Class sizes will be limited to 15 people or less and will be filled on a first-come/first-service basis.
  • Registrants being hired as care coordinators will have first priority for training slots. Affiliated/allied staff can fill remaining slots that are available.
  • There will be a 5-business day cutoff period for registering staff for the One-Day Care Coordinator Training. For example, if a training is scheduled for June 10, no registration requests will be accepted after June 5. There will be no exceptions to this protocol.
  • Registration slots will not be held for staff in lieu of submitting required training documents (credentials/exception to the rule, Attestation to Attend the One-Day Care Coordinator Training document, etc.)  All required paperwork must be submitted at the time of registration.
  • The 12 training modules MUST be completed prior to submitting for registration. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
