An individual, sixteen (16) years of age or older, who is able and willing to work, receives Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits from DSHS, or a nineteen (19) and twenty (20) years of age who does not receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits. Individuals who are homeless, veterans, non-custodial parent (NCP), limited English proficiency (LEP) or long-term unemployed (unemployed for twelve consecutive months or more) and meet the barrier requirements.
