ACES interfaces with Division of Child Support (DCS) to exchange information related to:
- Non-custodial parents,
- Child support payments,
- Health insurance coverage,
- Paternity, and
- New employment listings (New Hires File).
How often do the Division of Child Support (DCS) interfaces run?
ACES sends and receives interface information at varying times throughout the month.
The DCS New Hires File is processed weekly in ACES.
What information does ACES receive from the Division of Child Support (DCS)?
ACES receives information from DCS about:
- Updated non-custodial parent addresses,
- Medical insurance coverage of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Assistance Unit members, and
- Child support payment collections information
ACES also receives the New Hires File from DCS.

ACES sends DCS information about:
- Newly approved Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) AUs,
- Added persons to TANF AUs,
- Newly terminated TANF AUs,
- Children receiving Concurrent Benefits Dual TANF,
- TANF AUs for a child suddenly deprived of parental support (such as one of the parents moving out of the home),
- Any new non-custodial parent(s) added to the Non-Custodial Parent page,
- Approval, denial or updates to the Good Cause field on the Non-Custodial Parent page, and
- TANF recipient changes,

ACES generates the following alerts for the specific situation:
