The NDNH is a national repository of wage and employment data administered by Office of Child Support Enforcement.
For Basic Food Assistance Units (AUs), ACES sends all applicants approved since the last outbound file, and all active recipients with an Eligibility Review due in the next 2 months are sent to NDNH on a monthly basis.
For Basic Food Assistance Units (AU)s, ACES sends client information to NDNH on a monthly basis when:
NOTE: Clients with a Work Only SSN or those with a Financial Responsibility of Non-Member (NM) aren't included in the outbound file.
On the last Friday of each month, ACES sends a file containing client information to the NDNH. The incoming file from NDNH is received by ACES on the Monday following the last Friday of every month. ACES sends the information to Barcode the same day it's received from NDNH.
Users are notified of clients listed on the NDNH incoming file via Barcode tickler. For additional information on completing the tickle, see CSD Procedure Handbook.
NOTE: When logging in to Barcode, users must review and accept the NDNH User Agreement. To complete the login process click I Agree.
