A NOC is a file sent by a financial institution to the State notifying the state of an error condition that should be corrected prior to the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) benefit issuance. The most common reason for a NOC is a bank merger that causes an account or routing number change.
Alert 076 - HOH/AREP NAME MISMATCH - COMPARE EFTR/DEM1 is generated by ACES as a result of a NOC update.
NOCs are automatically updated on the Electronic Funds Transfer Registration page in ACES.online. For more information on how to view Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) information, see How do I view Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) enrollment and bank status information?
