This alert generates when the bank reports a different name on the account than what is listed on the EFTR screen.
ACES automatically changes the name on the EFTR screen to match the bank’s information. The benefits will be or have been deposited into the bank account.
- If the name on the EFTR screen is the HOH, no action is required.
2. If the name on the EFTR screen is not the HOH, send a request for verification as needed.
- Send a new DSHS 14-432 - Direct Deposit Enrollment if the client still wants EFT.
4. Contact EFT HQ to request a reversal if needed. See EBT Manual – 10.6 EFT System Reversals.
