108: TEMP PLACEMENT OPEN FOR 180 DAYS- REVIEW HH STATUS

DESCRIPTION

This alert generates approximately 60 days prior to the temporary placement end date on the DEM1 screen and again at the beginning of the month in which the temporary placement is scheduled to end.

The alert generates when the child is a recipient of cash only on the TANF/SFA case and:

·         The temporary placement end date on the DEM1 screen is expiring in approximately 60 days.

·         The temporary placement end date on the DEM1 screen is expiring at the beginning of the month in which the temporary placement is scheduled to end.

 

PROCEDURE

1.    Contact the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to determine what actions to take based on policy. See EAZ Manual – WAC 388-454-0015 Temporary absence from the home.

2.    Take appropriate action as necessary.

Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
