This alert generates when ACES is unable to AUTO schedule the eligibility review / recertification appointments. This happens when the user’s schedule is full at the time the system schedules the appointments.

1. Review case to determine if the client has completed a review.
2. If a review is needed, schedule an appointment following the steps in Scheduling – How do I update a Daily Schedule?
Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
