This alert generates when an AU is transferred from one user to another during overnight batch processing, except when a case is transferred within the same region.
Alert 218 generates once per head of household and is due five days prior to the last day of the month.
1. Enter [B] – AU/Client Inquiry in the S field, and press <F15> - amen.
2. Review the AU to determine if case needs further actions.
o <TRANSMIT> through case to return to the ALPR screen.
3. Send request for verification as needed.
Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
