This alert generates when an N13 (MAGI - CHIP Federal) or N33 (MAGI - CHIP State) delinquent premium payment is paid in full and received in the same month that the delinquent amount was reported.
For example: Financial Services Administration (FSA) notifies ACES that the premium is delinquent and the Assistance Unit (AU) closes with a paid through date of 11/30/15. FSA notifies ACES that the premium is paid in full on 11/23/15 and Alert 241 generates. If the payment is received after 11/30/15 the alert is not generated.
Review the case and determine the correct procedure for the household’s circumstance. For additional information, see Worker Responsibilities in the Apple Health (Medicaid) Manual WAC 182-505-0225 Premium requirements for premium-based health care coverage under programs included in apple health for kids.
