This alert generates when a F07 – Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) delinquent premium payment is paid in full and received in the same month the delinquent amount was reported.
For example: Financial Services Administration (FSA) notifies ACES that the premium is delinquent and the AU closes with a paid through date of 11/30/10. FSA notifies ACES that the premium is paid in full on 11/23/10 and alert 241 generates. If the payment is received after 11/30/10 the alert is not generated.
